What materials do you use to create your products?

Our products are made from natural St. Jacob shells, which are repurposed and hand-decorated with care and finished with an indoor varnish. Some shells have a backdrop of acrylic paint.
Are the shells real?

Yes! All of our shells are real, naturally sourced St. Jacob shells. Because they are natural products, each one has its own distinctive shape, texture, and size.
Can the shells be used for food or as containers?

No, our shells are decorative pieces and are not suitable for food use or exposure to water.
How should I care for my shell?

To maintain the beauty of your shell, simply wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid submerging it in water or using harsh cleaning agents, as this may damage the design and finish.
What is your return and refund policy?

You can return products within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to our full return policy for details.
How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order is processed, shipping times may vary depending on your location. Typically, domestic shipping takes 1 or 2 business days, while international shipping may take longer.
