  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or (Dutch national) holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days after dispatch.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship to many international destinations.

  • International shipping times may vary,  depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and MAR & SHELLE is not liable for any additional costs incurred.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.

  • Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount, which will be indicated during the checkout process.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package's progress.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@shopportunity.nl. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Customs and Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • MAR & SHELLE is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

8. Order Delays

  • Shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as inclement weather, postal delays, or customs clearance. If your package is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Return & Refund Policy

At MAR & SHELLE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer the following return and refund policy:

  • Return Period: You may return products within 2 weeks of receiving them.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused.

  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
